The Global Risks Forum (GRF)
How Capital Nexus takes part in Nexus Universe, the annual programme governed by GRF, with its own website at universe.nexus.
Capital Nexus in Nexus Universe is the platform's part in the annual programme GRF governs, through mission themes such as public purpose capital dialogue. Themes are proposals; confirmed exercises are announced on universe.nexus, and results are published with their limits after review.

Each term as this page uses it. Where a standard-setting body defines the term, the wording follows that body.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Mission theme | A subject a platform proposes for controlled testing in the annual Nexus Universe programme; a theme is a proposal until the programme confirms an exercise. |
| Full-scale exercise | An operations-based exercise in which agencies deploy people and equipment in real time against a scenario. |
| After-action review | A structured review of what was planned, what happened and what should change, held after an exercise or real event. |
| Simulation exercise | A practice, training or evaluation activity in which an emergency is described or simulated and participants respond as they would in reality, so that plans and capacities can be tested, as WHO's exercise manual describes. |
The GRF gateway explains the programme's governance, and universe.nexus is its own site.
The current service level is R0: information and enquiries. An enquiry receives a reference and names the next step; applications, payments, compute allocations and registrations open only when their team, terms and review capacity exist.
