Accreditation. To accredit you, we send your name, organisation and nationality to the meeting’s organiser (a United Nations body or an international financial institution). They are kept until one year after the event.

Sent to organisers abroad. The organiser may be in another country (United Nations offices in US, CH, AT, KE; international financial institutions where they sit). International organisations are not bound by national data protection law; they apply their own rules on personal data.
