Partnership Agreement

Partnership Agreement

This form is for organisations seeking a strategic research, innovation and implementation partnership with The Global Risks Forum (GRF). Please use it to outline your institution’s mandate and capabilities, the risk domains / Nexus rails where you wish to collaborate (e.g. climate and environmental resilience, critical infrastructure, cyber-physical systems, health and biosecurity, finance and disaster risk), and your proposed role (e.g. evidence and data partner, methods and modelling partner, sector or country lead, implementation partner, or financial/insurance partner).

Indicate the assets and commitments you are prepared to contribute—such as datasets, models, infrastructure, expert staff time, facilities, convening capacity and/or funding—together with any key regulatory, ethical or data-sovereignty constraints. Please specify your proposed contribution level in cash, in-kind or a mix of both, with a single total value in USD. You may also briefly state your strategic objectives and expected outcomes (priority use cases, KPIs, governance involvement, co-authorship of standards, etc.). GRF will review all submissions and, where aligned, invite you into a formal partnership design and contracting process.

Use this form to propose your own terms of partnership with the Nexus Ecosystem. In your draft, briefly describe who you are and your role, the rails or domains you want to work on, what you will contribute (data, expertise, infrastructure, capital, convening, etc.), the safeguards or constraints we must respect (legal, ethical, data), how you’d like to be involved in governance (advisory, working group, NVM-type role), and what benefits or outcomes you expect (risk reduction, tools, capital access, research or community impact). Please write in clear, non-legal language; if accepted, we will convert your proposal into a formal legal and protocol-level agreement and return it for your review and signature.
Please indicate your proposed contribution level in either cash, in-kind, or a mix of both, and give a single total estimated value in USD. For in-kind support, please include a simple breakdown (e.g. staff time, data access, infrastructure, software, research, convening, communications, etc.) and your basis for valuing it (e.g. standard day rates, licence costs, market rates). If you are covered by a Minimum Support Obligation (MSO) for your partner tier, please ensure your combined cash + in-kind estimate meets or exceeds that level.
