I confirm that I have received, reviewed, and understood the information reasonably required to complete this consent form and to participate in the applicable event, program, meeting, session, workshop, forum, interview, recording, livestream, online activity, hybrid activity, in-person activity, or related programming organized, hosted, supported, recorded, documented, or administered by The Global Risks Forum (GRF).
I understand the purpose of the event or program, what my participation involves, and how information, recordings, images, voice, likeness, statements, presentations, materials, chat contributions, questions, comments, affiliations, biographical details, and other contributions provided by me or captured during my participation may be collected, used, recorded, stored, shared, published, broadcast, livestreamed, distributed, archived, or otherwise processed by GRF for lawful institutional, educational, public-good, training, service-design, communications, reporting, stakeholder-engagement, community-development, archival, and related purposes.
I understand that information about me, including my name, image, voice, likeness, affiliation, title, participation, statements, presentation, and recorded contribution, may be published online or included in GRF materials where applicable, subject to applicable law, applicable privacy notices, event-specific terms, session-specific rules, confidentiality restrictions, and any protected-participation or safeguarding requirements communicated by GRF.
I understand that confidential, closed, controlled-access, off-the-record, protected, or restricted sessions may be subject to additional rules governing recording, attribution, quotation, publication, distribution, access, and archival use, and that such session-specific rules shall apply where communicated by GRF.
I understand that online, hybrid, livestreamed, recorded, or publicly accessible participation may involve third-party platforms, venues, service providers, media channels, or public audiences, and that materials lawfully published, broadcast, or distributed may be accessed, shared, indexed, archived, downloaded, reposted, quoted, summarized, or otherwise circulated outside GRF’s direct control.
I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I may withdraw from further participation at any point, subject to the practical and legal limits that materials already recorded, livestreamed, published, distributed, archived, incorporated into institutional records, or relied upon may not be capable of full removal, recall, or deletion, except where required by applicable law.
Nothing in this acknowledgement limits any rights that cannot lawfully be limited or waived under applicable law.
