Purpose: one monthly, open, sector-facing session that showcases all Tracks, surfaces questions, and funnels engagement into GRF’s formal monthly cycle.
Total duration: 180 minutes
Time-zone rotation (UTC): Odd months 13:00–16:00; Even months 08:00–11:00 (adjust locally in invites)

- One call to action (read/report/event/campaign/job)
- One chart/map or simulator snapshot (with a one-line “limits” note)
