بر پایهٔ آنچه میآورید مشارکت کنید. Global Risks Forum (GRF) کسانی را گرد هم میآورد که سیاستگذاری را شکل میدهند و سامانههای مشترک را اداره میکنند. نهاد، رهبر، کارشناس و میزبان هر یک از راهی متفاوت میپیوندند، چیزی متفاوت میآورند و چیزی متفاوت میگیرند. هیچیک با خرید نمیتواند بر دستور کار، یک یافته یا یک تصمیم اختیار بیابد.

01 یک مسیر برگزینید
چهار مسیر، هرگز جایگزین یکدیگر نیستند. هر یک عضو، نخستین دستاورد و محدودیتهای متفاوتی دارد. عضویت نهادی، کرسی شورای شخصی، واگذاری گروه کاری و توافق میزبانی هرگز با یکدیگر اشتباه گرفته نمیشوند.
هیچ مبلغ کارمزدی منتشر نمیشود تا یک جدول واحد همراه با صادرکننده، ارز، تاریخ اجرا و دامنه تصویب شود.
02 نهادها
نهادها از طریق یک شورای حوزهٔ نمایندگی میپیوندند. در کنسرسیوم Nexus ملی (NNC) نهاد عضو است. اینجا نهادها از طریق پنج شورای حوزهٔ نمایندگی مشارکت میکنند؛ نهادهای مالی و ناظران از طریق مسیری فراگیر که با Global Risks Alliance (GRA) رهبری میشود.
دولت و حکومت پژوهش و دانشگاهها صنعت و استانداردها رسانه و جامعهٔ مدنی جوامع و نهادهای بومی 01 پرسش نهادی نهاد شما به دبیرخانه مینویسد و شمارهٔ مرجع دریافت میکند.
02 کوشش مقتضی و وارسی اختیار The institution’s identity, mandate and the authority of its representatives are confirmed, and interests are declared.
03 برنامهٔ مشارکت آنچه نهاد میآورد: نمایندگان، توان، داده با حقوق توافقشده، یا پشتیبانی از برنامه.
04 شرایط برنامه شرایط مکتوب با طرفها و دامنهٔ درست.
05 نامزدی جداگانهٔ شورا معرفی نامزد به شورای رهبری، در جایی که مرتبط است، از رویهٔ گزینش خود پیروی میکند.
عضویت نهادی کرسی شورای رهبری ایجاد نمیکند و هیچ مشارکتی دربارهٔ نتیجهٔ فنی، مرجع عمومی یا رفتار تدارکاتی تصمیم نمیگیرد.
03 رهبران
نخست رهبران گزینش میشوند، سپس مشارکت میکنند. National Leadership Council (NLC)، شورای رهبری در این سایت، برای افراد در جایگاه شخصی است. گزینش بر هر پرداختی مقدم است و یک سال خدمت یک گام بعدی بازبینیشده پدید میآورد، نه انتصاب خودکار.
01 درخواست یا نامزدی همراه با شواهدی که رویهٔ گزینش میخواهد.
02 تشخیص و بازبینی یک تشخیص رهبری و توان، سپس بازبینی شایستگی و تعارض منافع.
03 دعوت و شرایط دعوتی با شرایط جاری برنامه.
04 خط پایه و برنامهٔ مشارکت یک خط پایهٔ رهبری و یک برنامهٔ مشارکت سالانهٔ رهبری.
05 شواهد فصلی و Year-One Gateway کار فصلی، مربیگری و مشارکت در مأموریت، با بازبینی در پایان سال نخست.
جایگاه شورایی دفتر، استخدام، کرسی هیئتمدیره یا دادههای محدودشده نمیخرد و کارفرما مالک کرسی شخصی نیست. پرسش دربارهٔ نامزدی را میتوان به فرم درخواست شورا .
04 کارشناسان و گروههای کاری
خبرگان کار محدود و نظارتشده میپذیرند. در گروههای کاری ملی (NWG)، یعنی گروههای کاری این سایت، کارشناسان، فعالان حرفهای، دانشجویان و داوطلبان مأموریتهایی متناسب با صلاحیت خود برمیدارند، با پیشنیازها، نقاط بازبینی و معیارهای پایان مشخص.

05 میزبانان و حامیان

میزبانی مالکیت نیست A host provides a venue or operational support. A hosting agreement is designed to give it a readiness decision, a responsibility schedule and a closeout record. No event is presented as confirmed before the host’s authority and readiness are evidenced.

پیشنهادهای میزبانی و پشتیبانی را میتوان به فرم مشارکت فرستاد. پیشنهاد، میزبان، حامی یا رویداد تأییدشده نیست.
06 مشارکت ملی و منطقهای
کشورها مالک برنامههای خود هستند؛ منطقهها آنها را به هم وصل میکنند. ساختارهای ملی اولویتهای خود را تحت اختیار قانونی خود تعیین میکنند. GRF رهبران و نهادهای آنها را به گفتوگو و برنامهٔ سالانه میآورد. هرگز نمایندهٔ یک کشور نیست.
اولویتهای متعلق به کشور ساختارهای ملی اختیار دستور کار را نگه میدارند و میتوانند از مشارکت یا تسهیم داده خودداری کنند. رابطه با یک شهر هرگز به نمایندگی ملی تبدیل نمیشود.

آیا دولتها یا نهادهای سازمان ملل باید عضویت بخرند؟ خیر. همکاری با مراجع عمومی و نهادهای بینالمللی هرگز به خرید یک سطح عضویت وابسته نیست. نهادها میتوانند از طریق ابزارهای مجاز خود مشارکت کنند.
آیا کارفرمای من مالک کرسی من در شورای رهبری است؟ خیر. رهبران در مقام شخصی برگزیده میشوند. کارفرما مالک کرسی شخصی نیست و با تغییر نقش شما کرسی منتقل نمیشود.
آیا برای گروههای کاری هزینهای هست؟ برای مشارکت عادی در گروههای کاری هیچ هزینهای اعمال نمیشود. کار مزدی، کارورزی و بورسهای پژوهشی ترتیباتی جدا با شرایط خود هستند.
حامی مالی چه دریافت میکند؟ موافقتنامهٔ مشارکت برای یک توانمندی خیر عمومی مشخص و گزارشی دربارهٔ چگونگی مصرف منابع. حامی مالی هیچ نفوذی بر دستور کار، شرکتکنندگان، نشریات یا یافتهها نمیگیرد.
