Content rights

This notice explains who owns the content on globalriskforum.com and how it may be reused. The publisher is The Global Risks Forum (GRF), a Swiss association, 6300 Zug, Switzerland. Unless a page or publication states its own licence, rights in GRF's text, figures and layouts are reserved by GRF or by the rights holder named with the material. Programme publications can carry their own licence, and third-party material keeps its owner's terms. Reuse requests and rights questions go to the addresses below, and the acknowledgement gives a reference and names the next step.

01Default position

Rights are reserved unless a licence says otherwise.

GRF content

Reserved by default

Publications

Licence per publication

A programme publication, dialogue record or brief may carry its own licence on its title page or record. That licence then governs its reuse.

Third parties

04Names and marks

Names are not licensed with content.

The names and marks of The Global Risks Forum, The Global Centre for Risk and Innovation (GCRI), The Global Risks Alliance (GRA), Nexus Universe and the specialist platforms are not licensed by this notice. Use of a name or mark that suggests endorsement, partnership or authority, including in event or product promotion, needs written permission from its owner. GCRI and GRA publish their own notices: GCRI's rights and licences and GRA's content and software rights.
