Council Leader recognizes confirmed leadership contribution within a GRF council pathway, council workstream, annual program activity, or Nexus Universe preparation process. This achievement should be used for members who have a clear coordination, leadership, or facilitation role within a defined council context.
Council Leaders help organize people, priorities, sessions, workstreams, and annual council activity so that GRF councils can move from discussion to structured participation, from participation to outputs, and from outputs to annual recognition records.
Recognized areas include:
- Council leadership support in an approved GRF council setting
- Workstream coordination across members, themes, sessions, or annual activities
- Professional facilitation of council participation, dialogue, and momentum
- Nexus Universe preparation through council planning, mobilization, and follow-through
- Consortium and national pathway alignment where council leadership supports broader participation
- Responsible coordination within defined GRF boundaries
- Leadership record development for annual recognition and public-facing achievement display
This achievement recognizes meaningful leadership contribution, but it does not independently grant authority to speak for GRF, approve partners, certify outcomes, or make institutional commitments unless separately authorized
