Role of the publisher.
- 2.1 GCRI Canada leads the public-good Nexus Consortium as Lead Institution, Consortium Secretariat and lead contracting organization. GRF and GRA retain independent institutional mandates as consortium stewards. Technology, infrastructure and service providers act at arm's length and have no control over institutional governance, research, publications, national priorities or customer, sovereign and community data.
- 2.2 The Nexus Consortium is stewarded by three independent not-for-profit institutions: GCRI Canada as Lead Institution, Consortium Secretariat and lead contracting organization, Global Risk Forum (GRF) and Global Risk Alliance (GRA). Technology, infrastructure and service providers, including those of Nexortium Foundry, work with the Consortium at arm's length under written agreements, like every other external party in the public-private-planet model, and hold no role in its stewardship.
Status of the Site.
- 3.1 GRF convenes and governs programmes. It does not regulate, finance, procure or certify, and hosting or sponsorship confers no authority over findings.
- 3.2 Nothing on the Site confers governmental or intergovernmental status, regulatory authority, privileges or immunities. Names of other organisations appear only to identify them and their documents; no affiliation or support is implied.
Independence and names.
- 4.1 GRF is an independent Swiss association. It is not affiliated with, a successor to or supported by any other organisation that uses a similar name or the acronym GRF, including the body known as Global Risk Forum Davos (GRF Davos).
- 4.2 The Site is not issued, endorsed or sponsored by the United Nations, by any of its agencies or by any government, and the use of data from public bodies does not imply their endorsement. References to the World Bank Group, the International Monetary Fund and other international organisations identify them and their work and imply no endorsement or affiliation.
Notices.
- 5.1 Legal notices, rights requests and reports of unlawful content may be sent to contact@therisk.global. A notice should identify the material concerned, its address on the Site and the right or law relied on.
- 5.2 The publisher reviews a notice promptly, tells the sender what it has done and records the outcome. Where a notice is well founded, the material is removed, corrected or restricted.
