Enhancing Urban Critical Infrastructure Resilience through Nature-based Solutions in Portugal

Scope and Objectives:
This webinar explores the challenges and opportunities of nature-based solutions adoption in Portugal, with a focus on the multi-level policy context; their co-benefits; and their potential to strengthen the resilience of critical urban infrastructure. It aims to:
i) increase knowledge on the policy landscape of NbS for critical urban infrastructure from EU to (sub-)national levels in Portugal;
ii) facilitate technical exchange on the role and potential of nature-based solutions in enhancing urban critical infrastructure resilience in Portugal;
iii) strengthen engagement among key stakeholders on the integration of nature-based solutions in urban resilience building efforts.
