The Global Risks Forum (GRF)
Where diplomacy and cooperation, water and climate and hazards are studied as science at GCRI, governed at GRF and understood financially at GRA, with links to each counterpart platform.
Diplomacy Nexus counterparts are the platforms at GCRI and GRA that work on the same fields under other mandates, among them Water Nexus and Food Nexus at GCRI as well as Insurance Nexus and Banking Nexus at GRA. GCRI studies a field as science, GRF governs it and GRA builds shared financial understanding of it, so each counterpart shows another side of diplomacy and cooperation.

Each term as this page uses it. Where a standard-setting body defines the term, the wording follows that body.

| Field gateway | A GCRI page for one field that links the platforms studying it as science, governing it and building financial understanding of it, with the methods they share. |
| Science-policy interface | The arrangements through which scientific evidence reaches public decisions, including advisory committees, chief scientific advisers, academies and intergovernmental assessments. |
The current service level is R0: information and enquiries. An enquiry receives a reference and names the next step; applications, payments, compute allocations and registrations open only when their team, terms and review capacity exist.
