Sponsorship Agreement Sponsorship Agreement This form is for organisations seeking a strategic sponsorship relationship with The Global Risks Forum (GRF) and the Nexus Ecosystem. Please use it to outline your institution’s mandate and capabilities, the risk domains / Nexus rails you wish to support (e.g. climate and environmental resilience, critical infrastructure, cyber-physical systems, health and biosecurity, finance and disaster risk, community and territorial resilience), and your intended sponsorship role (e.g. core programme sponsor, rail or sector sponsor, Nexus Academy and talent sponsor, innovation and R&D sponsor, events and convening sponsor). Indicate the assets and commitments you are prepared to provide—such as funding, in-kind contributions (datasets, models, infrastructure, expert staff time, facilities, convening capacity, communications and outreach), and any key regulatory, ethical or data-sovereignty constraints that must govern the relationship. Please specify your proposed sponsorship level in cash, in-kind or a mix of both, with a single total value in USD. You may also briefly state your strategic objectives and expected outcomes (priority programmes or rails you wish to back, KPIs, visibility and recognition, governance involvement, knowledge co-production, etc.). GRF will review all submissions and, where aligned, invite you into a formal sponsorship design and contracting process. You may also indicate how you would like to be recognised and involved (e.g. advisory role, participation in working groups, visibility on key assets and events, co-branded initiatives) and what outcomes you expect (impact metrics, KPIs, reporting cadence). Please write in clear, non-legal language; if accepted, we will translate your proposal into a formal sponsorship and protocol-level agreement and return it for your review and signature.
