Programme enquiries

Contact The Global Risks Forum.

Make an enquiry, write to your regional desk, or choose the route for your matter: councils, taking part, statements, chapters, partnerships, media or a concern. Each route opens its own form, gives you a reference and says how long an answer takes.

01Regional desks

Write to the desk for your region.

Write to a desk about national or regional participation, a system your region shares, or a contribution to the annual programme. Desks are coordination routes through the enquiry form, not offices or mailboxes.

Each form opens on its own page. When you send it you get a reference, and you follow the answer on this site, not by email. A request creates no membership, role or commitment.

03Response ledger

What happens after you write.

Four stages, each held by a named team and each leaving a record. The reference is on screen when you send the form, and each form states its time to answer.

A closing note. A correction becomes a new version with its history.

    Record
    Closure, never a silent edit
04What to include

Five facts route an enquiry in one step.

The acknowledgement gives your reference and names the next step.

  1. 01

    Who you are

Name, role and institution, and whether you write in a personal or institutional capacity.

  2. 02

    Where

    Your country or region.

  3. 03

    Which pathway

A dialogue, a council, policy cooperation, an exercise, Universe, hosting or support.

  4. 04

    The question

The risk or policy question you want to work on, in a few sentences.

  5. 05

    Deadlines and interests

Any deadline, and any interest you should declare.

Do not send confidential, personal health or security-sensitive information in a first enquiry. If it is needed, the acknowledgement explains a safe way to share it.

05What an enquiry creates

A reference and a named next step.

It does
  • Give your enquiry a reference
  • Name the team or address responsible for the pathway
  • Tell you what is open now and what the next step is
It does not
  • Create membership, a council seat or an appointment
  • Register you for an event or admit a mission
  • Commit you or GRF to any agreement or payment

GRF is not an emergency service. In immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

06Privacy and forms

How your enquiry is handled.

What you send is used only to answer your enquiry and keep a record of it. Each institution has its own privacy notice and controller: a request through a form on this site is handled under GRF’s notice for this site. Privacy and rights requests to GRF go through the privacy request form; the privacy contact is privacy@globalriskforum.com.

Every route on this page opens its own form page, which gives your request a reference and lets you follow it on the status page. Corrections and concerns follow the routes on Governance and trust.

07Questions

Questions about contacting GRF.

Who answers a GRF enquiry?
Requests sent through the forms on this site are answered on this site. GCRI is the Lead Institution of the Nexus Consortium, and its Secretariat, held by GCRI Canada, answers programme enquiries for the Consortium; GRF is an independent consortium steward with GCRI. Questions for GRF itself, such as councils, dialogues, partnerships, media, privacy or corrections, go to the GRF routes on this page.
Should I write to the Secretariat or a regional desk?
Write to your regional desk for national or regional participation. Make an enquiry for other programme questions, or if you are not sure; the status page names the next step.
Can I visit GRF?
GRF publishes its location as 6300 Zug, Switzerland and receives enquiries through its forms. A meeting can be arranged after an enquiry where it is useful.
How do I report a mistake on this site?
Use the error report form with the page and the claim. Corrections are open to anyone, without membership or payment.
ReportsContribute

Contribute evidence from this page.

Reports is the Consortium’s quarterly publication. What you know about this subject can become evidence, a case or a correction in the next edition, credited to you and published under CC BY 4.0 where it is your own work.
