تقویم رویدادها و گفتوگو تقویم The Global Risks Forum (GRF): گفتوگوها، نشستهای شورا، مانورها و نشستهای برنامه. فعالیتی فقط وقتی ظاهر میشود که سابقهٔ گردهمایی آن وجود داشته باشد، با تاریخی تأییدشده، میزبانی مستند و شرایط مشارکت. هنوز هیچیک ثبت نشده است. تقویم ریسک پر از نشستهای سران اعلامشده است؛ فهرستشدن در اینجا یک واقعیت بررسیشده است. سوابق منتشرشده به برنامههای گذشته .

فعالیت وقتی فهرست میشود که سابقهاش وجود داشته باشد. 01 تأییدشده فعالیت هدفی بیانشده و مالکی پاسخگو در GRF دارد و تأیید آن ثبت میشود.
02 زمانبندیشده تاریخ و قالب مکتوباً تثبیت شده است، نه فقط پیشنهاد.
03 میزبانیشده جایی که میزبانی درگیر است، اختیار و آمادگی آن در یک موافقتنامهٔ میزبانی مستند میشود.
04 شرایط منتشر شد چه کسی میتواند شرکت کند، ثبتنام در جایی که وجود دارد چگونه است و فعالیت چگونه ثبت خواهد شد.
ثبتنام رویداد فقط وقتی باز میشود که تیم، شرایط و ظرفیت بازبینی آن فراهم باشد. تا آن زمان این صفحه ثبتنامی را فهرست نمیکند.

تقویم رویدادها و گفتوگو: تشخیص و اعلام رویدادها بر پایهٔ مقررات بهداشت بینالمللی بر پایهٔ IHR (2005)، دولت عضو رویدادها را با ابزار پیوست 2 ارزیابی میکند و از طریق National IHR Focal Point به WHO اطلاع میدهد.
01 مراقبت 01 مراقبت مبتنی بر نشانگر منبع · دولت عضو گزارشدهی معمول، مانند گزارش موارد، یک منبع سیگنال است. مادهٔ 5 توان شناسایی، ارزیابی، اطلاع و گزارش رویدادها را الزامی میکند. 02 مراقبت مبتنی بر رویداد منبع · دولت عضو · WHO سیگنالهای ساختارنیافته، مانند گزارشهای رسانهای یا اجتماعی، منبعی دیگرند. نشستهای بزرگ میاندولتی رویداد GRF نیستند. کنفرانس طرفها، مجامع جهانی بهداشت، سکوهای جهانی کاهش ریسک سوانح و نشستهای مشابه را نهادهای خودشان برگزار میکنند. GRF آنها را فقط در جایی فهرست میکند که فعالیتی تأییدشدهٔ خودش به آنها پیوند دارد و هرگز نقشی در آنها القا نمیکند.

برنامهٔ سالانه سابقهٔ خود را دارد. جهان ، برنامهٔ سالانهای که GRF بر آن حکمرانی میکند، حول یک سال کار، یک ماه ساخت، یک هفته آزمون و یک برچیدن برنامهریزیشده طراحی شده است. بازبینی و اصلاحات پس از آن ادامه مییابد. GRF تصمیمهای دروازهٔ خود، G0 تا G7، را در دامنهٔ برنامه ثبت میکند. هنوز هیچ ویراستی ثبت نشده است. تاریخها و میزبانها فقط با سابقهٔ ویراست میآیند، در درگاه Universe و وبسایت Universe. مانور یک فعالیت یادگیری کنترلشده است. هرگز فرماندهی رخداد و هرگز هشدار عمومی نیست.
08 مرزها
فهرستشدگی اطلاعات است، نه پیشنهاد. فهرستشدن عضویت، کرسی شورا یا دعوت به یک نشست محدود نمیدهد. میزبانی مالکیت نیست و حمایت مالی اختیار بر دستور کار یا سابقه نیست. Global Risks Forum پرسش حکمرانی خود را نزد Forum بیاورید. اطلاعات و پرسشها از امروز باز است. هر پرسش شمارهٔ مرجعی میگیرد و گام بعد را نام میبرد؛ درخواستها، پرداختها، تخصیص توان رایانشی و ثبتنامها تنها زمانی باز میشوند که تیم، شرایط و ظرفیت بررسی آنها فراهم باشد.
