GRF · About GRF
Funding and accounts
Who funds The Global Risks Forum (GRF), what the money is for and how it is accounted for, published here once each item has a dated record and, for a named supporter, written permission to name it. No funder, amount or statement of accounts is published yet, so this page shows none. The rules that keep funding apart from findings are already in force and set out below.
Funding and accounts in three parts.
Four records, each with its date.
Sources of funds by year
Income by kind of source for each year, once the year’s accounts are approved.
Named supporters
A supporter is named only with written permission and a current agreement, with what it funds and since when.
Declared interests
Interests a supporter or a person in a decision has declared, kept with the work they relate to.
Accounts
The accounts of the association as approved by its statutory organs under its articles of association and Swiss law.
Funding buys no control.
- Sponsors cannot approve publications, change evidence, choose participants or set dialogue questions and council agendas.
- Each contribution funds a defined public-good capability under a written agreement, which is designed to include a report on the use of resources.
- A sponsor is named only with written permission and a current record.
- The full rules: sponsorship policies and independence; the yearly account: annual reviews.
