The Disaster and Crisis Governance community is the network of crisis governance scholars and emergency leaders who contribute expertise, review and data to its work on disaster and crisis as well as critical infrastructure. They take part through moderated subject groups and working groups. Rules apply equally to all, interests are declared, and taking part gives no authority over findings.

The current service level is R0: information and enquiries. An enquiry receives a reference and names the next step; applications, payments, compute allocations and registrations open only when their team, terms and review capacity exist.
