01In brief

The short answer.

Diplomacy Nexus programmes organize its work on diplomacy and cooperation, water, and climate and hazards at three levels: global priorities, regional applications and country work. Each programme shows its recorded status, from exploring and forming to active, paused or archived, and a plan is never presented as an activity. Countries take part through their national programmes and the Consortium Secretariat.

Programmes and projects: model risk lifecycleEvery model is inventoried and tiered; development is documented; independent validation tests conceptual soundness, outcomes and benchmarks; approval sets limits of use; monitoring and periodic review keep it current until it is retired. Design of the process, not a record of a run.
