Capital Nexus dialogues are structured conversations in which those who govern development finance, sovereign and public finance, and financial stability compare evidence and options on a question with an accountable owner. Each runs under agreed attribution rules, often the Chatham House Rule, and its outcome note is published with participants' consent. A dialogue is listed only once it is confirmed.

Where people live and how far each division sits from a large city's services, shown for the Sahel as an example geography for this subject.
Each dialogue appears here once confirmed, with its host, format and terms. To propose one, write to dialogues@globalriskforum.com.
Capital Nexus dialogues ask governance questions about finance: who decides how pre-arranged disaster funds are released, how public development banks set risk appetite for adaptation, how debt clauses that pause repayment after a disaster are agreed. They are not deal rooms. No transaction, allocation or investment view is discussed or recorded.

Financial analysis belongs to the Global Risks Alliance, for example disaster risk finance and public finance and sovereign debt. A GRF record never constitutes investment advice.
