Who publishes Capital Nexus, what is known and how it is labelled, how data rights are protected, and the platform's current status.
GRF · Established · service level R0
Trust, rights and status at Capital Nexus is the public record of who publishes the platform, how its results are labelled, how data rights are protected and what the platform is today. The Global Risks Forum (GRF) publishes it and controls the personal data it holds. Being named, listed or published on the platform is not an endorsement, certification or approval.
Fig.How a reported error is reviewed and corrected. Design, not a record.
Where people live and how far each division sits from a large city's services, shown for Nigeria as an example geography for this subject.
Every result is labelled by kind of evidence, with its uncertainty.
Data is used on the terms its owners set, and restricted data stays restricted.
Enquiries are used to answer them and to keep a record. The Global Risks Forum is the controller under its own privacy notice; write to privacy@globalriskforum.com.
We aim to make these pages usable by everyone. If something is hard to use, write to contact@globalriskforum.com and tell us the page and the barrier.
Each term as this page uses it. Where a standard-setting body defines the term, the wording follows that body.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Evidence label | A tag naming the kind of evidence, such as observed or modelled, that should survive every summary. |
| Personal data | Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly, such as a name, an identification number, location data or an online identifier, as the EU General Data Protection Regulation defines it. |
| Claim ceiling | The strongest statement a page may make about a capability, set by the evidence on record; without operating evidence a page describes a design or an integration, never readiness. |
| Conflict of interest | A situation in which financial, professional or personal interests could compromise, or appear to compromise, judgement in research or review. |
The bodies and documents this page is read against. Status and editions change; each link goes to the issuing body.
The current service level is R0: information and enquiries. An enquiry receives a reference and names the next step; applications, payments, compute allocations and registrations open only when their team, terms and review capacity exist.
