6.1Public Meaning: the GRF reading in the GCRI edition

The Global Risks Forum (GRF)’s reading of Republic of Korea 2026, as printed in chapter 6 of the Global Centre for Risk and Innovation (GCRI) Systems Evidence edition (GRF · KEY M).

For most people risk arrives as a heat wave, a typhoon warning or a price change. The baseline asks that public debate weigh how regional differences in fertility and ageing change who can be reached and how fast places recover.

Findings it draws on: HLT-005 · HLT-006 · SYS-012.

6.3Contribute to this chapter

The record of deliberation: what a convening, council, dialogue or working group was asked, what it concluded, where participants disagreed and which questions stayed open. Material for this chapter goes to the GRF Public Deliberation desk; what belongs to another desk is forwarded, not refused.

The Forum reads an edition for public meaning: what a finding means for governance, diplomacy and trust, and how it can be said without overclaiming.

If you took part in a convening, send the record and say which body held it. The Forum will ask each participant before it names them.
