DESCRIPTION:Registration of official delegations of Member States of the United Nations, Members of its specialized agencies and regional economic integration organizations to the informal in-person meeting of Heads of Delegations (HoD) to the INC is done on this portal.\nPlease click on the “Register here” button below to register for Heads of Delegation meeting. \nEach delegate will be required to register individually.\nThe following documentation and files must be uploaded in the INDICO registration at the time of the registration: \nCopy of the Note Verbale or official letter from the relevant Ministry, or from the Embassy or Permanent Mission. The Note Verbal or official letter must clearly indicate: \nThe name and date of the meeting;The name of the head of delegation and names of any alternate representatives and advisers, as per Rule 6 of the draft rules of procedure provisionally applicable to the work of the INC. Detail all the names and functional titles of the nominated members of the delegation. \nA passport-size colour photograph (with white, grey, or neutral colour background).\nThe passport biographical page.\nPlease note that the review and verification process of the registrations is not automatic and may take up to a few days, which varies according to the volume of registrations received.\nIn addition, funding will be available from the voluntary contributions made by donors to support theparticipation of a maximum of TWO (2) delegates from developing countries and countries witheconomies in transition, with priority to Least Developed Countries and Small Island Developing States.\nPlease be informed that the registration for the Heads of Delegation meeting and the application for travel support are two separate processes and delegates must have their registration approved before submitting their request for travel support.\nThe delegates designated to receive financial support are requested to submit an additional application form to apply for funding through INDICO following the approval of their registration by following the second link and the process described in the letter of the Executive Secretary, dated 17 April2025.\nThe deadline for online registration is 13 June 2025, 23:59 East African Time.\nhttps://indico.un.org/event/1017593/\n
