DESCRIPTION:PLEASE, DO NOT APPLY UNTIL YOUR REGISTRATION HAS BEEN APPROVED. \nIn order for the INC Secretariat to facilitate travel arrangements and to provide financial support, please register here with the required information and upload the necessary documents.\nNominated delegates are required to upload the UN event pass (received after registration was approved) and the Note Verbale/Letter from the national authorities nominating the indicated two delegates to receive travel support, in order of priority.\nFor the necessary travel arrangements to comply with the United Nations rules and regulations, nominations for funding support after the deadline cannot be guaranteed. The deadline for application for travel support is 30 May 2025.\nPlease be informed that the funding will be available from the voluntary contributions made by donors to support the participation of a maximum ofTWO (2) delegates from developing countries and countries with economies in transition, with priority to Least Developed Countries and Small Island Developing States.\nThe funding will cover economy-class round-trip air tickets, as well as daily subsistence allowances and terminal expenses in accordance with the United Nations rules and regulations.
