DESCRIPTION:Registration of official delegations of Member States of the United Nations, Members of its specialized agencies and regional economic integration organizations to attend the regional consultations of the Eastern European states in preparation for INC-5.2 is submitted on this portal. Please click on the ‘Register now’ button below to register for the Regional Consultations of the Eastern European States in preparation for INC-5.2, scheduled to be held on 3 August2025 at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.\nEach delegate will be required to register individually.\nThe following documentation and files must be uploaded in the INDICO registration at the time of the registration: \nCopy of the Note Verbale or official letter from the relevant Ministry, or from the Embassy or Permanent Mission. The Note Verbal or official letter must clearly indicate the name and date of the regional consultation\nA passport-size colour photograph (with white, grey, or neutral colour background).\nThe passport biographical page.\nPlease note that the review and verification process of online registrations may take up to 2 working days.\nPlease be informed that these are two separate processes:\n(1) registration for the regional consultations and\n(2) application for travel support\nThe delegates designated to receive financial support are requested to submit an additional application form to apply for funding through INDICO following the approval of their registration by following the second linkand the process described in the email sent on 14 May.\nThe deadline for online registration has been extended to 30 June 2025, 23:59 East African Time (From 06 June 2025).\nKindly be reminded that for those requesting travel support, the deadline has been extended to 15 June 2025.\nhttps://indico.un.org/event/1018004/\n
