DESCRIPTION:PLEASE, DO NOT APPLY UNTIL YOUR REGISTRATION HAS BEEN APPROVED. \nIn order for the INC Secretariat to facilitate travel arrangements and to provide financial support, please register here with the required information and upload the necessary documents.\nNominated delegates are required to upload the UN digital badge/approval letter and the Note Verbale/Letter from the national authorities nominating the indicated two delegates to receive travel support, in order of priority.\nDelegates from eligible countries designated to receive travel support are encouraged to apply as soon as possible but strictly no later than the extended deadline 11 July 2025, 23:59 East Africa Time (From 30 May 2025). This will be the final deadline, and no more applications for travel support can be accommodated after this date.\nPlease be kindly reminded that the Secretariat is also not in a position to accommodate last minute changes or cancellations after a ticket has been issued as this results in financial loss.\nThe funding will cover economy-class round-trip air tickets, as well as daily subsistence allowances and terminal expenses in accordance with the United Nations rules and regulations.\nhttps://indico.un.org/event/1016831/\n
