DESCRIPTION:DESCRIPTION, SEE BELOW A SAMPLE\nThe Meeting and Courses Unit is organizing the INDICO Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop from 27 to 29 August 2024, in Manila, Philippies.\nThe INDICO is a tool widely used in the UN System. It helps manage meetings more effectively and efficiently through on line registrations of participants, availability of meeting documents and resources, generation of letters such as visa support letters and acceptance/confirmation letters, among others. This ToT workshop will train participants on how to fully maximixe use of the system as well as be equipped to train others.\nKindly note that during the registration process, we will request you to provide some personal data, including a copy of your passport and your photo. These information will be required to complete travel and visa arrangements on your behalf. Also, upon your arrival in Manila, we will issue a WHO badge which will allow you to access the WHO premises during the event.\nFor WHO-funded attendees, the Organization will provide per diem to cover hotel and meal expenses during official stay in Manila. In additiona, the Organization will arrange the flight booking through authorized travel agents, In case your bank details are not yet with WHO, please provide these in the registration form.\nWe will share further details in due course.
